Please note we do not process orders on the weekends or bank holidays. For pre-weekend delivery using our Royal Mail Tracked 24HR Next day service, please order before 11AM on the Thursday. Please note there may be restrictions to this service when shipping to remote areas
REFUND RETURNS
We want you to be happy using Hungry Skin products. Should you need to return a product, please just make sure you haven’t opened the product or broke any seal. This is in the interests of hygiene and consumer safety. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition and this must be done within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us. Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on Hungry-skin.com/Hungryskin.co.uk. Please speak to the retailer you purchased your product from, as they will have their own refund policies.
Faulty Products
Please contact enquiries@hungryskin.co.uk with proof including photographs of the fault. We need to assess them and confirm if they are faulty before beginning processing.
If a refund is due it should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days (this depends on the bank, country of purchase etc), which are out of our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel. This helps speed up the process.
Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
